You mentioned you set up the shipping with the plugin Octolize WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping – Flexible ShippingFREE, correct?

Do you mind deactivating this plugin and setting up a shipping zone with the default WooCommerce setup and checking if the issue persists? You can find more about this in this guide.

If the issue persists with the default shipping zones, please let us know so we can assist you further.

If the default shipping zones display the expected “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.” message, then please contact the third-party plugin’s support so they can assist you with this issue.

From what I gather, shipping zones and regions were created, using core WooCommerce functionality, but not all other plugins were deactivated, therefore, the issue persists. Am I getting this?

Kindly make sure testing is performed with only the WooCommerce plugin active, and let us know how it goes.

Use a Staging site – This is a clone of your production site — one that is processing orders and has visitors — where you can safely test conflicts without your live site being affected and potentially losing revenue. Most hosting providers can help with this. Or, on most hosting platforms, you can also use the?WP Staging?plugin to create a clone in your Dashboard.

Coming back to your staging site.
I tried the postal codes you shared in the initial message.

When using 32609 Hüllhorst, I noticed that this address is recognized and Shipping Region 1 is assigned to it. However, I do not see any shipping charges on the Cart or Checkout pages.

When I use 80331 München, it is not recognized and no Zone is assigned. In this case, it is expected not to see any shipping charges.

Could you please verify if this is the behavior you are experiencing at your end? If it is the same, where the shipping zone is assigned but the shipping price is not applied then I will need to check how Shipping Prices are set up.

Munich isnt covered by my zones, so there should be a error message correct? This message: “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.”

I have created a fresh wordpress install, on a third domain. Installed Only WooCommerce, created one product, and here it works, here i see the error message.

Here is another summary:

I use the XSTORE Theme as the Main Theme.

I have created specific regions in my shop with specific zip codes where we can deliver products.
All other postcodes that are not included cannot be delivered.

If the customer enters an invalid zip code/address, the default WooCommerce message usually appears: There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.

But the message doesn’t appear. That is the main problem. I have already switched off all plugins except WooCommerce and switched to the WordPress default theme. The problem is still the same.

There was a “fix” by the Theme manufacturer in the past that looks like this:

I ran this patch on the Live and Staging pages.
Could it be that the WooCommerce file was corrupted? No matter what theme I set now. The problem is identical on my live and on my staging website.

I think I have found the solution, the supposed fix of my theme changes the cart-shipping.php.
As soon as I load the old version of the file, the error message is displayed correctly again. If I download the “fix” again, the error message that should actually appear is removed. I can if you want upload both files but where.

Unfortunately, we start going in circles, Xstore thinks it’s a WooCommerce problem and you think it’s an XStore problem. The fact is that there is a problem, it can be recreated and a solution is now being sought.
