    I have two questions…
The first is about the Cart menu icon.
When the cart is empty, the currency “kr” (Swedish Kronor) is located on the left side (like this kr0,00).
If I ad an item, it′s displayed correctly (like this “199,00 kr”).

I want it to be displayed with the currency on the right all the time. How do I fix this?

The second question is about the product grid
I would like the “buy now” button to be alligned to the bottom on all products.
Please take a look the the shoping page, to see what I mean: (Redundant URL removed by moderator)

  • Hey, @olahall!

To change both of these things you can either:

    • Check with your theme’s support to see if it is possible to change it by default with the theme
    • Use custom code to make it as you want it to be.

While we can’t provide support for code customization as per our support policy, we do our best to offer advice and direct you to appropriate resources.

You can visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there too.

I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in and help you out further.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Hello ,

I have tried in the Facebook group…but no response what so ever…

I’m sorry to hear you were unable to find any response from the Facebook groups.

Just wanted to understand, were you able to reach out to your theme developer for further assistance?

Well, it’s a WordPress theme…and wp says I need to contact Woocommerce, so…

Please share the name of the theme with us for further understanding.

    Hi @olahall,

Both problems can be fixed using custom CSS. To help you better, can you please share your site URL with us?

You can safely and securely share your site URL through https://quickforget.com/. Just remember to set a longer expiration time when you share it.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi @olahall,

I tried the link but it’s already expired:

Sorry, I’ve already forgotten that secret.

Edit: nvm, I just checked in your original post and you included your link to your site already there! ??

However, please keep in mind that customization is outside of our support scope (learn more), additionally, Twenty fourteen is an old theme and is not supported anymore, so it’d be a good time to consider upgrading to a newer theme!

As a courtesy though, I tested this, and I found the price to be displaying properly as you wanted (either with an empty cart https://prnt.sc/PUeuzTczGgwV or with products https://prnt.sc/yBwaNVwNIT2F), however after the page fully loads, it changes to a different format (https://prnt.sc/47LFOMryv9bH), so I think something else must be interfering here, maybe a third party plugin, or the theme being so old.

I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thanks!

    Hello olahall

    Thank you for your reply.

As my colleague suggested your site theme has not been updated for a long time. Twenty Fourteen version 3.4 was released in May 2022.
Since then there have been some major updates at WooCommerce.

I will recommend you consult a professional developer who can help you with the website upgrade. A good place to find one is codeiable.io.

I hope this helps and sets you in the right direction. ??

    Best regards.

I thought thet this could been handled a lot easier with a CSS or something like that.

I have a stageing site right now, so I am about to change theme eventually, but it requires a lot of work, so I′m not going in that direction right away.

    Hi again @olahall,

I understand your concern about the complexity of changing the theme of your store.

However, as my colleagues have recommended above, your current theme does not receive any support from WordPress, therefore making it difficult to get any assistance as it is not supported anymore.

With that said, I’d highly recommend codeiable.io to assist with the custom CSS to fix your issue.

    Cheers!
