WooCommerce – cart isn’t showing up if empty

    I checked the box that says “Always display cart, even if it’s empty,” but the cart still does not show when empty. When I refresh the page, it flickers for a second on the menu and then disappears.

    What you’re seeing is a special kind of browser cache called “SessionStorage” that is used by WooCommerce for their AJAX system. Closing (rahter than refreshing) the browser tab and reopening it again should resolve this issue.
