Woocommerce Cart and Checkout Page deformed

    Hi, I am using Woocommerce core with Woocommerce subsription.

    The cart and checkout page is deformed. I did the following but still the pages look bad:

    • Switched to default WP theme instead of Elementor
    • Activated Installed WC Storefront
    • Deactivated all other plugin except Woocommerce core and Woocommercer Subscription
    • Deactivated Woocommerce subsription also

    I raised a support ticket on your website on 31st Dec but didn’t get any ticket number or acknowledgement till now so not sure if the ticket was raised or not.

    Below is the screenshot of the pages (with WC Storefront, but I will be switching to Elementor)

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I checked your site and confirmed that the Cart and Checkout pages are not displaying correctly on my end. Suprisingly, there are no console errors on both pages.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Please navigate under WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, please check if there is any custom CSS code affecting the normal layout.

    By any chance, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

    There is no custom CSS code.

    I checked the Log tab in WC and didn’t see any fatal error report. If there was a fatal error, will it be displayed upfront in the log tab or do I need to search for it?

    Can you head to Wp-Admin > appearance > themes, select another theme, e.g. Twenty-Twenty, apply/save changes? Then you can download storefront again here, go to themes again, add new, and add a fresh copy of the storefront theme that was downloaded?

    Let us know if that worked for you.
