When I open the browser console on that page I’m seeing the following error several times:

    jQuery is not defined

jQuery is an important part for many dynamic elements on your site, such as the automatic resizing of the menu but also several WooCommerce functions. It looks like you are using W3 Total Cache, could you try to see what happens if you temporarily disable this?

Yes, the menus reappear when I deactivate W3. But I need it for site performance. How do I deal with this please?

I recommend reaching out to W3 Total Cache support and inform them of the jQuery error. This is beyond the control of our plugin.

    Hello Ewout,

We solve the menus issue by non minifying the cart (and checkout) pages.
There is still one issue though; When you click on “change address” bellow the subtotal, the adress field does not show up (only country, city…). How can we fix this please?

    Thnks a lot.

This is unrelated to the WooCommerce Menu Cart plugin, our plugin only controls the cart item in the menu (?? 1 producto), nothing else.

The function you are referring to only uses country/state/city/postcode because these are the only things that affect shipping in WooCommerce (unless you have plugins overriding that and allowing per-street shipping). It is not meant as a replacement for the actual checkout, just for recalculating the shipping cost.
