Hello I have an issue: I can’t edit the Shipping Methods in WooCommerce settings. The page is all broken..

I get this error from the console:

    Uncaught TypeError: h(…).unblock is not a function at n.unblock (wc-shipping-zone-methods.min.js?ver=7.3.0:1:2875) at n.render (wc-shipping-zone-methods.min.js?ver=7.3.0:1:3085) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (wc-shipping-zone-methods.min.js?ver=7.3.0:1:8613) at e (load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks,utils&ver=6.1.1:2:30038) at t (load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks,utils&ver=6.1.1:2:30340)

I tried deactivating all plugins and changing theme and still it didn’t work, I contact my server support and they couldn’t figure it out also…

I need support with this please..

    Thanks!

    Hi there!

Oh, that’s odd. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status once you have the site under conflict-tested conditions (all plugins disabled except WooCommerce Core and using a WordPress default theme)?

You can find the System Status Report via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Cheers.

Hey, thanks for replying so quick

for some reason, I cannot copy the system status

I click on “Get system report” and nothing happens, then I tried to click on “Copy for support” and it copies nothing.. ??

    Hi @yuvalnewmedia ,

Looks like you are unable to copy your System Status report, is this correct?

As a first step, please can you try the following:

Please let us know how this goes!

Hey I tried all 3 things you suggested, still I can’t provide the System Status Report, it doesn’t display anything. I think the problem is in the plugin itself, we need a deeper examination ??

    Hi @yuvalnewmedia ,

    Thanks for providing an update!

Could you navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info, and see if you are able to copy the information there? (screenshot below for reference):

If so, please share the results here so that we can take a look!

In addition, I tried to change the language of the website to LTR, and the page wasn’t broken anymore. So I think the problem is with the RTL/LTR. The website should be RTL, but when it’s RTL it gets broke. When its LTR it gets fixed.

    Howdy @yuvalnewmedia

Thank you for reaching back, with further information on this.

From what I gather, there is already a bug report on this (linked here). Apparently, the problem is that admin-rtl.css file (the equivalent of admin.css) is not loading in the RTL version anymore.

For now, I was able to find this quick fix, while browsing the discussion there:

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_screen_ids',function($screens){ $screens[]='woocommerce_page_wc-settings'; return $screens; } );

Feel free to add this using a plugin like Code Snippets.

I hope that helps. Let us know how it goes!
