woocommerce can’t bound to the TikTok For Business

Select the deactivate then activate button in your plug-in manager to re-connect.

Still showing this error. I closed that account and I checked for relevant information. Tiktok takes a month to actually close the account, does that mean I need to wait a month?

Can you please confirm which account you closed?

In order to best help you troubleshoot this issue can you provide the following:

1. The url of your website
2. A log file that is less than 3 days old
   • To retrieve your WooCommerce activity logs by following the steps below:
   • Select WooCommerce on your sidebar menu
   • Select Status > Logs
   • Type in “tiktok_for_woocommerce” in the search bar menu and select view.
   • Copy the entire log (drag and select all the way to the bottom of the screen to ensure you select and copy the full log). Note that logs are organized by date, so be sure that you are copying the logs from date when you installed the plugin or from the most recent date.
   • Paste the logs into notepad and saved as a .txt file

This information will help us troubleshoot and get back to you with next steps.
