WooCommerce cannot add 2 or more of an item to basket

Thanks for reaching out!

You’ll want to make sure you have the Individual Purchase setting turned off. You can check this per product by going to WP-Admin > Products then checking the inventory tab of each product. I’ve circled it in purple for your reference in the screenshot below.

If the box is checked, your site will not allow more than 1 of each product to be purchased at a time.

Hi, unfortunately it is not that easy as this option is not active to any of the product.
So in other words the box is not checked.

As a next step, can you please back up your site and then update WooCommerce and the WooCommerce database to see if it helps?

Also, in the System Status Report you sent us, it shows Shopkeeper theme active, which has several template overrides. Can you confirm that the theme switch did happen in your testing?

It seems to do it only on some items from the shop.

The site is in development, so I cannot confirm the behavior on the site at the moment. Is there anything you can find in common about the particular products that are having this problem? Are they the same Product Type?

Also, can you confirm if the site is being cached at all? Perhaps there is some server-level caching that’s preventing the add quantity, though I do agree that it’s odd that it happens for only select products.

Can you send us an updated System Status with the default theme active as well?

Thank you very much for your reply.

I’ve updated WooCommerce to the latest version Version 4.9.1.

I’ve went and switched to Twenty Nineteen theme and got another System Status Report which I will include below.

I can confirm the site is not cached.

I’ve compared the Mask product with other similar products and I haven’t noticed any differences in the way these products were set.
