WooCommerce Canada Post Plugin not Connecting to Registered Canada Post Account

Hello,
We are trying to connect our Woocommerce web store with CanadaPost using the Woocommerce Canada Post Plugin; however, when we get to the “Business Profile” payment details part of the connecting process (https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/drc/merchant?execution=e3s1) and select the payment method we added to our business profile – we get the message “Please review your input and try again.”
We have entered in everything correctly and we have a payment method available.
What does this mean: “Please review your input and try again.”
And, why can we not go further to connect our Woocommerce website?
p.s. We cannot move forward with launching our website until we can connect our website to Canada Post.
