WooCommerce calculates wrong tax

  • Hello Guys, i have just updated to the new WordPress and WooCommerce and everything. I also set up the new shipping method. but now it calculates the 19% tax wrong. The shipping is not taxed.
    this is what it shows in the cart:

    Subtotal 112,00€

    Shipping
    Flat Rate: 8,95€
    Local Pickup

    Total 120,95€ (includes 17,88€ VAT)

    someone knows where to fix this?
