    Hi!

I once deleted the Store Page and substitute it to the “Products Page” which I manually created. Now, I have configured in the WooCommerce -> Settings -> General, the “Products Page” as the Shop, but then something is not working.

When I click in the Cart Page to the button “Keep shopping” it doesn’t work and I think is because of that. I would like to have a button which goes to the Products Page.

    Can anybody help me please?
    Thank you very much!!

    Hi @eduiglesias23,

Where does your “Keep shopping” button point to? If it links to your homepage and you want to display the Shop page you’d want to go to the Customizer and change your homepage settings.

If it points to the “Products Page” you have to make sure that the page is set as the Shop page under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Shop page – and – the Shop base under Product permalinks in WP dashboard > Settings > Permalinks has the correct URL Slug of your new “Products Page” (slug products-page in this example).

Hope this helps solve the issue.

    Best regards.

Thank you so much Mirko for your help.

I could point the Product page as the Shop page. However, the “Keep shopping” is still pointing to the specific Product you select…

    @eduiglesias23

In WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products, change the “shop page” to whatever page it is you want people to go to after clicking the continue shopping button.

If you make the changes, could you clear transients in WooCommerce > Status > Tools?

    Hi Oyadeyi!

    Thank you for your help.

I have already changed in WooCommerce the shop page I want the clients redirect to and also deleted the transients, but it still send me to the product page…

    Hello,

I still can not see how are you redirecting your continue shopping button.

You can refer to this Git Hub alternative solution, please check: Add Continue Shopping Button on Cart Page.

I hope this might help you out.

    Hello @eduiglesias23,

By default, WooCommerce does not add a “Continue shopping” button (Seguir comprando) in the cart page. This has been added by your theme or one of your plugins.

You can confirm that by changing the theme to Storefront and deactivating plugins one by one. Once identified the tool that is adding that button, you’ll want to reach out to the developer directly and ask how to change the button URL.

    Cheers.
