    I am using:
    Theme: Onepress
    Plugin: Woocommerce (last update)

Does anymore has encountered issue with categories ?

For instance, long time ago i created few “Categories” and it is working fine.
    – Composant
    – Informatique
    – Logiciels et Abonnement
    – Smarphone
    – Imprimante

Each of those categories have “Under categories”.

Today i tried to create a new parent category like the others, nammed “Audio and Visual”, but it won’t display at all.
I precise that there is an under catergory in it with products.

    Hello there,

It sounds like your site could be experiencing a caching problem. While normally caching is a good thing used to increase site speed and performance, in this case it’s preventing the categories from updating.

The best way to resolve this issue is to contact your web host, which may be caching files for you. In this case, you would just ask your host to not cache your categories page. After that has been completed, your site’s functionality should return to normal.

If caching is not the issue, then you will want to look into conflict troubleshooting as kind of problem can be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
