The issue you’ve described doesn’t appear to be related to WooCommerce. It seems more like an Elementor’s related issue.

Since this Elementor is a third-party theme which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.
