WooCommerce breadcrumb trail issue product categories

  • Hello,

    I had to create a manual category list on my Shop homepage because I can’t figure out how to allow shoppers to view products by category. I’ve searched plugins and can’t find anything like what I did:

    The problem is that since WooCommerce automatically generates a breadcrumb trail, once you’ve clicked on one of my categories, the breadcrumb trail won’t bring you back to Shop home but instead Home home:
    https://janepellicciotto.com/product-category/pendants-and-neckpieces/

    This is really two issues: the lack of a list of product types and also that I can’t control where the breadcrumb trail takes you.

    I’d appreciate any help you can give.

    Okay, I did find a category widget. The problem is that it crams all the product thumbnails to the right, so that won’t work.
