If you are using the WooCommerce Bookings extension from WooCommerce.com, you can open support tickets from the account you purchased the extension under here:

On the other hand, if you are using a different plugin to add the Bookings functionality to your site, please contact the developers of the plugin you are using to ask about this.
With that said, the Bookings extension only has built-in functionality for “minute/hour/day/month” durations. For weeks, setting it in the appropriate number of days would be advised (i.e. 2 weeks = 14 days). Adding support specifically for “week” duration would require more than a quick snippet to enable.
