Woocommerce Booking – woocommerce_bookings_remind_before_days not working

    Like it says in the title, the hook ‘woocommerce_bookings_remind_before_days’ is never triggered. Preventing me from changing the amount of days the reminder email is sent before the booking.

    Any ideas/solutions are appreciated.

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with WooCommerce Bookings.

    Since this is related to a premium extension, please contact WooCommerce Support directly at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support, using the account that you purchased the extension through.

    As per the?Forum Guidelines?paid extensions such as?WooCommerce Bookings?are not meant to be supported on this public forum, but through official support channels instead.

    They will be able to help you further there.

    Just to let you know that by any chance if WooCommerce Bookings is not the extension you are using then please share a copy of your site’s System Status here. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response, and we’ll check further.
