Woocommerce – billing address problem for non logged users

  • Hi;

    I run a ”Jobs” website.
    We have 3 options for submitting jobs – 1 Free and 2 Paid

    We don not want to ask the billing address(info) in the last ste especially for free users.And for the paid users we just want the user to be redirected to PAYPAL page.

    Well,to be honest i tried to change every setting but still asks for the billing info.

    Do we miss something?
