WooCommerce & Better Search ?

What is your site URL where you’re seeing this?

The plugin works in a basic form with WC. However, you might need specific customisation that would be site specific in order to search through other fields.

e.g. see this snippets of code I used to search author fields for specific texts

Can you check that in your settings page under the Search tab to see that the product post type has been selected?

Separately, does this work if you turn on seamless mode in the settings?

And, lastly, are you in a position to debug using Query Monitor? It’s a plugin that allows you to see the queries being run on the site – so you can see what queries are running in the search pages.
