    Hi,

I am starting work on clients with different e-commerce platforms and started moving all of their stores into WP+Woocommerce. I was successful in convincing them to use Woocommerce but I have a very bad experience with customer support.

I have my account in woocommerce.com because I bought extensions. But I cannot get an access to the support page: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ because of the issue:

I confirmed my email thousand times already and in one of my tickets, the support even confirmed it but did nothing about it. So I wrote another email because I cannot update the ticket they made for me because I cannot even go to that support page. In my email I explained then I am still having a problem and this is just a continuation of the ticket number but the reply says that they merged my ticket into that old one and automatically close the new one. Then gave me another link to a support ticket. But look, why can’t they understand that the problem is that I cannot go to that part of the woocommerce site? How I am supposed to update my ticket when I cannot even create or go to the support site and view tickets?

I had a hard time convincing my clients to use Woocommerce but it seems like I made a mistake.

This leaves me helpless. Either I am ignored or the entire support system is just bad.

If anyone could help me on this, I’d be so much grateful.

    Thank you.

  • I just went through that, ran into my first need of Woo support in a year + and had to sign up for account on WP and Woo to get a support ticket open. At first I had the same issue.

Clicked resend the email, figured the 1st one may have timed out. Never got another email but the below solution worked for me.

I got around it by logging into WP (not woo) site first, than clicking the WP e-mail verification. Than opened a fresh window and navigated to woo support and it worked.

For some reason it seemed to need me to be logged into WP support first before clicking the email verification to get into woo support.

    Best of luck to you!

    Hi @weblinxcd

Every WooCommerce.com account needs to be attached to a WordPress.com account. Make sure you’re logged in to WordPress.com or create a new account for WordPress.com at WooCommerce.com.

You can always contact support on WordPress.com or WooCommerce.com if you still have issues logging in. A team member can take a closer look at your account.
