woocommerce automated taxes not working

    Hi Community,

    I am building a woocommerce store in the USA and I would like to turn on automated taxes.
    Why it’s not showing? Please help.

    Hi there!

    Can you please confirm that you’ve followed the instructions in WooCommerce Services Documentation to set up the extension?

    Specifically: Automated Taxes do not appear to be calculating – Documentation..

    If yes, and you’re still having trouble retrieving tax, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Since we haven’t heard back in a while, I’m going to go ahead and close out this thread. However, if you are still having issues getting the “Automated Taxes” option to show up after going through the documentation that Aashik linked to, please feel free to contact us via ticket on the WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets page while logged into WooCommerce.com.

    i’m having the same issue here, the only thing i can tell is that woocommerce services is not compatible with woocommerce 4.4.1. Everything else is working, we even use stripe with woocommerce for payments and that’s working just fine.
