• Hi there,

    I try to send Emails with Mailpoet after a customer bought a specific product. The test email is sent and I also disabled double opt in so that the new customers are marked as “subscribed”. But the emails never get sent when a customer buys that specific product.

    Do you have any tipps what the reason could be?

    I noticed that the customer is not registered in any “list”. Could that be the reason?

    It’s great that you’ve taken the initiative to troubleshoot this issue. You’re on the right track! You mentioned the customer is not registered in any list. That could also be a reason.

    Are other customers who bought this specific product able to receive the email?

    Is the email address you placed the order with currently in “Subscribed” status? And is the order in “Processing” or “Completed” status?
