Woocommerce attributes not showing

    Hello,

    I like your plugin which helps me to customize my woocommerce emails template ! It is awesome !

    But when I test my emails (order from my website on test mode), my woocommerce attributes are not showing ({{ item.price }}, {{ item.image }}, {{ params.id }}, etc). It justs stays blank.
    These attributes are from this link : https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006850600/ .

    However, contact attributes (Name, for example) work fine.

    I also noticed that in my “Personalize” list in my templates, I have these attributes : WC_CA_USERS, WC_ORDER_TOTAL and WC_LAST_30DAYS_CA. Maybe I should use these attributes but it does not match what I woul like to have.

    Can you help me with this please ? Is the test mode responsible for this ?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Upon installing the Sendinblue plugin, your contact attributes are synced, as well as the following calculated values:
    WOOCOMMERCE_LAST_30_DAYS_CA (turnover of last 30 days)
    WOOCOMMERCE_ORDER_TOTAL (total amount spent)
    WOOCOMMERCE_CA_USER (total turnover per contact)

    The calculated values are for your own use, rather than use in an email to one of your customers, for example.

    I recommend you create a test product e.g. with the price set to zero and checkout as if you were a “real” customer, in order to properly test the email template and ensure the attributes are populating.

    It sounds like you are using the correct attributes so if the issue persists, please get back in touch and detail exactly which attributes are not working.
