Woocommerce Attributes Deleted

I have only activated the AssestCleanUp Plugin and when I go to update a woocommerce product variation the attributes get deleted when I click update. No css/js files have been unloaded at all. It does this after activating the app. If I add the attributes back it populates the variations again, but if I update the stock again it deletes the attributes all over. Figured it was an issue with the latest woocommerce release so I restored a backup and used Woocommerce 5.4.1 and problem still persists. Wanted to buy Pro version but need this issue fixed first.
