    Hi,

    I have the following issue, after the latest update of the woocommerce some products have lost attributes, so I need to go through products and check for them. Why it could happen?

    And if I change the description of the product somehow for translation appearing old description.

    May be someone can assist with those problems?

    I understand you’re having problems retrieving lost attributes and updating your products in WooCommerce, but first, I’d just like to know if this only happens to ticket products or does it also affect physical products?

    You might want to reach out to WooCommerce support regarding these issues, unless it only affects ticket products.

    Please try clearing your cache as well to see the updated descriptions.

    Hi @jeanabarquez,

    It has affect to physical products. As an example before woocomer/wordpress update product has 3 attributes, after update it has only 2 or even 1. Clear woocommerce cache or browser?

    In case you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, kindly clear them and check if it resolves the issue.

    If it doesn’t help, please reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance since the problem is also occurring on your non-tickets products.
