    Hey,
does anyone know if there is an addon or something, so that woocommerce can be used as a page, were customers can put their on workshops for sale?
Best solution would be, that the customer logs into our page, chooses to publish a workshop(which should be a kind of product in our shop) that he is hosting, and it will be displayed for a price X or with commission for us.
Different categories like, “computer science” or “health” shown on an overwiev including dates etc. would be great.
    Any ideas?

    Hi there!
I understand that you want to set up an online store that sells workshop places that are supplied by multiple workshop leaders.
Your store will process that payments and take a commission of the payment.

The multi vendor component can be achieved using Product Vendors (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) which will enable you to manage multiple vendors who sell workshops, and pay out a commission on each sale, so in your case you might offer the vendor 80% and take your commission of 20%.

For the booking of the places on the workshops I’d recommend WooCommerce Bookings (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/?aff=10486&cid=1131038)

If you want to try either, we have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.
You can read more about our refund policy on our website here: https://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/

I trust that answers your question.

Thanks for the reply. Sound good and could be the solution we are looking for. But as far as I understand is that product vendors offers a backend like “wordpress/woocomemrce”
I think that many of our customers are afraid of using another UI/UX which is totaly diffrent of the classic “my account” Is this in some way possible to integrate both of them into the my account section?
And one more question, and maybe you know a solution again ??
Can woocomemrce be used in some way as a yellow pages? So that the customer can fill in the information about his buisness and we charge him for a time period of 6 month or one year?

    Hi there!
Product Vendors is an extension of WooCommerce so the UI looks familiar to the users as it uses the same theme as the Store.
The customers see the products just as they always have.
They can select a product (Workshop) and book a place.
The Product Vendors part means that when a Vendor logs in they can manage their own bookings and products via their vendors dashboard which is part of their account.

As to a yellow pages style directory, this is not currently a function that can be achieved using a plugin from WooCommerce.com however a search for something like WooCommerce Directory Plugin does throw up some interesting options.

For instance I found this page:
    https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-directory-plugins/

which included these plugins that drew my attention as they offer integration with WooCommerce:

Please note that we do not endorse, or provide support for, products by developers other than WooCommerce, but you are certainly free to try any such product at your own discretion.

I trust that answers your question.
