    Hi friends, trust you’re all good! Please can anyone help out with woocommerce app? I had like to use the app to update orders but not working with my site. It takes forever to load any feature in the app meanwhile I have jetpack installed and well connected. Any help is highly appreciated

    Could you please tell us if you are facing the same performance issues while working from your browser instead of the app?

    I am asking this to see if the issue is with the site instead of the app itself. In case the issue is with the site, we have a checklist below for troubleshooting a slow site:

    Please go through them and see if they address the issue.

    If that doesn’t address your issues, please share a copy of your site’s System Status with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Additionally, please share with us any fatal error logs found under WooCommerce→Status→Logs.

    We will be waiting for your update!

    The error coming from my site, I just noticed it throws error msg (internal server error) on any attempt. Unable to even copy system status to paste here. Thanks

    I understand that you are getting the Internal Server Error.

    This error is usually caused by incorrect WordPress files and folder permissions. Please try the solutions suggested in these articles:

    Once you are able to control the problem, please share your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    To check this better, can you provide a copy of your current system report, to get please navigate to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Also, please send the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

    Thank you for your reply. I see that you have a quite long list of plugins active on your site as well as some template overrides which could be affecting this.

    Can you please temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if you can update the status in your app?

    Hey @yurbshop21,

    Thanks for the update!

    Can you confirm you’re having performance issues in WP Admin when browsing your site with a browser and not just the app?

    If that’s the case, I’d suggest installing Query Monitor and check if you have slow queries under the tab Queries by Component. Check the plugin documentation or reach out to the plugin support forum if you need help with how their plugin works.

    Hope this leads to a resolution.
