    Hi trying to use the Woocommerce app and getting the following error 403 error when trying to access your site’s XMLRPC endpoint.

    Hello @puddesign,

    If the response code is 403 you should disable the XML-RPC protection within the SG Security plugin under the Site Security section. Additionally, you can check the .htaccess file for any restrictive rules regarding the xmlrpc.php file.

    If the issue still persists, please open a ticket from your SiteGround account so we can investigate the case further.
