WooCommerce App calculates wrong shipping weight

    Hello:

    We are experiencing a bug in the mobile app version of WooCommerce running on an android tablet. The shipping weight is incorrectly calculated when the package is changed from the default. Even when the default package is re-selected, the wrong shipping weight remains.

    This error does not occur on the web-based version.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Create shipping label for an order with multiple products, in our case, 4 books.
    2) The total weight is correctly calculated at 52oz.
    3) Change the packaging to a larger box.
    4) The total weight drops down to 27oz (about half the weight).

    This incorrect shipping weight stays incorrect even if we switch back to the original packaging.

    To better assist you, could you please confirm the version of the WooCommerce mobile app you are using?

    If you have not already tried, please clear the app cache on your Android tablet.
    This may help resolve the issue. You can usually do this from the device settings under “Apps.”

    If the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to us directly through WooCommerce.com → My Account and selecting “Mobile app” for further assistance.
    If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to create one.
