    Hello, I’m contacting you about a bug in the Woocommerce application. I can no longer access the data, for each tab (performance, best products, etc.) the following message appears: “Data cannot be loaded.” There’s a “Retry” button, but the result is the same. How can I fix it ? Thanks in advance.

    I checked the performance data and best-selling product data on my test site, and they appear correctly.

    In order to assist you to fix that issue, please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
