i think this is happening after the new 6.0 wordpress update or woocommerce

Thanks for sharing the additional information.

Sometimes a misbehaving plugin or theme can break WooCommerce functionality. Checking the error logs, I can see those are related to the Force Refresh and Points and Rewards For WooCommerce plugins.

I’m guessing there might be an incompatibility between one or both of the plugins and WordPress’s latest version.

I would suggest you perform a full conflict test. To perform tests without affecting your live site, you can use a staging site (your host might have that feature, but you can create it with WP Staging as an alternative).

Then, set your staging site’s theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and check if the issue persists.

i have disabled the plugin Points and reward as pointed out in the error log and the coupons now works. So the conflict is caused by this plugin.
Should i contact them to submit this issue?
