I use woocommerce as my platform for my e-store through wordpress. In my physical store I use zettle from paypal on the terminal. When I am on my wordpress site, it says the plugin is connected, the zettle sync column on the products page says it is synced (on syncable products, not the bundles or composites). When I go to the my.zettle.com page, it says I do not have any integrations. My inventory has stopped syncing, the prices do not sync, and it is not reducing the inventory when products are sold. I deleted the plug in and reinstalled it, still having the same issue. I got an error when redoing the integration: ?Registration of PayPal Zettle webhooks has failed, product stock changes from PayPal Zettle will not apply. Please check WC logs and reach out the support. You can repeat webhooks registration by deactivating and activating the plugin in the plugins list. : I did the deactivating and activation the plugin, it did not fix the integration issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @happbeeacres

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

The issue you have encountered often occurs when the currency/tax settings have not been set up correctly. The most common mistake is that the tax rate has not been configured. You can check this, by going to the WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > “tax rate” (that has been assigned to the affected products) and verify that there is an entry with tax rate assigned there. This should look something like this screenshot.
When there is no entry like this, you need to add it and only after you update the product or restart the onboarding process the products will get synced to the Zettle library after you adjust this setting. If required, you can also update the products in sync by temporary adjusting the product status to “draft” and back to “published” to perform this action in bulk.

Please let me know if this helps you resolve this issue or if you require additional assistance. You can also open a private engagement with us if you want to share more settings and/or logs in an easier/more secure manner via these instructions.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
