WooCommerce and myCRED do not working

Hi, having an issue with WooCommerce and myCRED plugins

I purchased the extension bundle and extracted all the files for the plugins, after extracting the files WordPress stopped working. So I took away all extended files and added them in one by one to find it was WooCommerce and myCRED causing the issue.

I re-extracted both files and tried the plugin/theme conflict test, still causes the same issue

Any Suggestions?
