Woocommerce and eWay credit card problem

Lately, customers are having problems on our website. Most of the orders coming through the shop using eWay Credit Card is on pending payment.
We have already consulted eWay on this and they told us regarding the procedures / process how the payment is made:
1. Your website will pass the customer and transaction details through to our gateway to generate an Access Code, which is then sent back to your website.
2. The Access Code will trigger the payment form to be displayed on your websites end, where the customer will enter in their credit card details, to be submitted to eWAY’s gateway.
3. Your website will request the results on that Access Code, and display them to your customer.It appears that your transaction attempts are only completing step one, as no credit card details are being submitted to our gateway. This means that all Access Code’s are left ‘incomplete’ and the orders are sitting as ‘pending’ in your WooCommerce platform.
