Woocommerce and Discord Addon

    Hi, We have already contacted discord addon author buthe couldn’t solve our issue, might be you can guide us something.

    We have connected discord and attached roles with PMPro memberships level, furthermore we have PMPro woocommerce addon and we have connected memebrship levels with woocommerce subscription products and also added discord connect button in woocommerce my-account, but we are facing this issue: when woo subscription renewal fee gets charged then dicord get disconnected, might be we are missing some settings?

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    Our WooCommerce Integration only connects your Woo product to a Paid Memberships Pro level and assigns a level to the user’s account when purchasing a product.

    I’m afraid we don’t handle anything subscription related or other parts of WooCommerce.

    I would recommend trying to reach out to the developer of the Discord integration you are using again and see if they can try again – otherwise you might need to reach out to a developer or post a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net for further assistance with this.

    Ok so 1 thing I noticed that stripe is not connected in PMPRO, however when a woo subscription is charged that invoice is also stored in PMPRO Membership section of a user, this might work if we connect stripe in PMPRO? I’m afraid it doesn’t charge user twice, once from woo subscription and once from PMPRO.
