woocommerce and adaptive payments alternatives?

  • I want to use wordpress, woocommerce and WC Vendor.

    My question is, is the only way to handle payments by having a paypal business account with adaptive payments?

    Is there any cheaper way to handle splitting payments to pay vendors as paypal wants $30 a month for business account that I believe you need in order to do adaptive payments.

    Also, if I go the paypal business/adaptive payments route, am I able to use it on multiple sites?
