    Thank you @weblikero,

I’m not finding anything unusual on your SSR. Can you check on your orders and confirm the high values come from the shipping options? If you believe this issue is related to the change in the shipping fees bug, it’s worth testing<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>. Can you try saving the shipping settings?as described in the advisory? That is, saving them without adding a thousand separators and, if possible</span>, without a decimal separator, too.

After this, you can try again with my colleague’s steps to Clear the analytics cache and import the storical data again.

It’d be great if you could try this on a staging site with a default theme like Storefront, and every other plugin disabled except WooCommerce. You can ask your hosting provider if they offer this feature, or you can also use a plugin like WP Staging for this.

    Please keep us posted.

    Thanks!

Hello @omarfpg and thank you form your reply.

Upon further investigation, we discovered that all anomalies originated from a single order placed on July 2nd.

Is there a way to edit this order with the correct amounts?

    Thank you!

    Hi @weblikero,

Upon further investigation, we discovered that all anomalies originated from a single order placed on July 2nd.

I’m happy to learn checking the orders brought more light into this issue and you found the culprit for the order with an abnormally high shipping fee amount!

Is there a way to edit this order with the correct amounts?

Yes, you can change the order status to pending payment, and you’ll be able to edit it, including the shipping fee. Then, you may change it to the same status as before. After this, please clear the analytics cache and reimport the historical data.

    I hope this helps!
