Whenever I try to go Analytics > Overview to see my stats, the page does not show any data plus it creates what I think is a lot traffic because it hangs my whole website with 504 gateway time outs.

    What I’ve tried:

    – Updating WordPress and Woocommerce
    – Importing orders historical data
    – Clearing Analytics cache
    – Woocommerce logs don’t show anything useful I think

The issue is no more than five days old. I didn’t updated any major plugin prior to having this issue.

Any input/help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi @dexmike,

That should definitely not break the site. Let’s see if the logs show anything helpful. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard. Use the drop-down in the top-right to select any fatal error logs from the last time you ran into this issue. Then click the view button.

Copy that log and paste it here in your reply. Hopefully, it’ll have some helpful information for us.
