    Hello @jorgearaujo25,

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information on the issue you’re experiencing with the WooCommerce Analytics Reports not displaying data correctly.

Since you’ve already taken several steps to troubleshoot the issue without success, I’d like to ask a few more questions to get a clearer picture:

    • When did the problem start?
    • Were there any recent updates or changes made such as installing or updating a plugin, changing your theme, or modifying any settings on your site?
    • Was the variation menu in the Analytics Reports working fine in a previous version of WooCommerce?

Please share a copy of your site’s System Status to understand your site setup. You can find it via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com. After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

This is a new project where I have already had about 40 sales. From the beginning it did not show the variation. Although, as I said, in the other menus within the main Analytics menu it shows the data. (for Ex: Revenue and Orders).

I really don’t know what is happening.

    • When did the problem start?
A: Never shown, it is a project that has been running for 10 days.
    • Were there any recent updates or changes made such as installing or updating a plugin, changing your theme, or modifying any settings on your site?
No. I just changed my theme and disabled all plugins to test, but still get the same error.
    • Was the variation menu in the Analytics Reports working fine in a previous version of WooCommerce?
A: I haven’t tested it! Can I roll back the version? Is it safe since I can’t lose any data? If so, how can I roll back versions? Is it safe?

    Hi @jorgearaujo25

This is not recommended, but reverting to an older version shouldn’t be an issue. You can use a plugin like WP Rollback.

Never shown, it is a project that has been running for 10 days.

That does seem a bit unusual and unexpected. To clarify, are you saying that the variations aren’t displayed in the product details?

For better assistance, can you provide a video showing the issue on your end? For video, you may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

Rest assured, I’ve checked it on multiple sites that I manage. I can confirm that everything is working fine on all the sites I have access to.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hello!

This is my problem, the variations menu does not show the variations. And I have already had some sales in two different variations. Here is the video.

    Hello jorgearaujo25,

    Thank you for your reply.

I tried to replicate the issue on my test site also but I am unable to replicate this issue.
For this, we’ll need to investigate further to collect more information.

Could you please try placing a test order for one of the product variations?
After that, edit the order and share a screenshot with me.

Once you’ve done that, please check if the sale appears in Analytics → Variations.
Share a screenshot of this page with me too.

With this information, I can assist you more effectively.

    Best regards.

    Hi!

I already did it! My store is working and selling. The variation is being shown within each order, it is being shown in the analitycs > product it is showing 2 variations, but within the ‘analytics > variations’ it shows zero.

    Any help?

I was looking at the database and noticed that the tables are different from the tables of other woocommerce projects that I manage.

Ex: There is no table wp_wc_orders

There are some new tables called:
    wp_wc_download_log
    wp_wc_order_addresses
    wp_wc_order_coupon_lookup
    wp_wc_order_operational_data
    wp_wc_order_product_lookup
    wp_wc_order_stats
    wp_wc_order_tax_lookup

    Is there a relationship?

    (@shameemreza)

    Hi @jorgearaujo25

The absence of the wp_wc_orders table is unusual, as this is a crucial table for storing order data. It’s possible that this might be causing the issue with your analytics.

To ensure we are on the same page, are you using HPOS in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features?

Before we proceed, I recommend taking a full backup of your website. This will ensure that you have a fallback option in case anything goes wrong.

Once you’ve backed up your site, you can try re-installing WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. This process should recreate any missing database tables and might resolve the issue with your analytics.

Please follow these steps to reinstall WooCommerce:

    1. Deactivate and delete the WooCommerce plugin.
    2. Reinstall WooCommerce from the “Add New” section in the plugins menu.
    3. Activate the WooCommerce plugin.

Please note that deleting the WooCommerce plugin won’t delete your product and order data, as this is stored in your WordPress database.

After re-installing WooCommerce, please check your analytics again to see if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, please get back to us so we can investigate further.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
