Hello. Our Analytics has not been displaying any revenue for this year or last year in WooCommerce (even though we have orders). I have followed the steps posted in other forums (clearing the analytics cache, restarting the import, etc.) and nothing has worked. Our import is frozen at 0 and has been all month. We have no new plug-ins or theme changes that would conflict. Can you please help us figure out how to get this to work?

I understand you’re having trouble with WooCommerce analytics not working as expected, and you’ve tried several steps, but the issue persists.

As a next step, please check under?WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions?to see if there are any stuck processes preventing the updated information from importing.

In the meantime, can you navigate to?Analytics →? Settings, scroll to?Actionable Statuses?and then check that?Completed?is checked:

Hi! Everything I’m seeing under Scheduled Actions says Complete. We have quite a few pages though, how many should I go through?

As for Actionable Statuses, only Completed is checked. Should the others be checked as well?

We have quite a few pages of Scheduled Actions.

I have checked all the actionable statuses, stopped the import, and restarted and it is still stuck at 0.

Hey there,

Thanks for helping with the troubleshooting so far – that’s really appreciated. Based on the answers here, I want to ask a few followup questions:
- Is your store set to use High Performance Order Storage (HPOS)? You can verify that under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features (Analytics should work with either option but I just wanted to verify as it changes the underlying database structure on how orders are saved)
- Can you share a copy of your status report as found under WooCommerce > Status?
- Regarding the Scheduled Actions, you’ll have a submenu that looks something like this. Are you seeing any actions under Pending or Failed. Can you take screenshots of these?
- Are you seeing any recent fatal error logs as found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs?

As a first step, I can see your WordPress and WooCommerce versions are out of date. Could you please try running all pending updates and seeing if that fixes it? You can take a full?backup?of your site before doing that or try the updates on a?staging?site to make sure nothing breaks while doing so.

If this still doesn’t fix the issue, I suggest running a conflict test. I see there are 69 active plugins, many of them related to WooCommerce; one (or a combination) of them may be causing a conflict here. To rule out any such issue, can you please run a conflict test as described in this guide?

Additionally, your screenshots didn’t save to the forums, you can try sending them using a service like https://snipboard.io/ and sharing the links here.

These should be under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If you aren’t seeing any that’s good news.

Hello! I have been told our WordPress and WooCommerce versions have been updated now. Analytics is still not working.

The conflict test is not doable for us, even on a staging site. All our plug-ins are necessary and it’s not feasible to delete and reinstate so many on an active site. Especially, when it’s been running all along just fine.
