Hi my Woocommerce analytics Report are not showing data at all, this problem is present on two different sites which are located on different hostings.

Both hosting meet the requirements of the Woocommerce plugin, MySQL Version 5.7.23-23 and PHP Version 8.2 and all plugins is up to date.

I tried disabling all the plugins on the site except Woocommerce and also changing the theme, but none of this helped.

I also tried clearing the cache WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear and Reimporting Historical Data.

Reimporting Historical Data is stuck and has not been able to complete the process for a couple of days.

    Hello dirom,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re experiencing issues with the WooCommerce analytics reports not showing data on two different sites. The problem persists across different hosting environments and you’ve diligently followed several troubleshooting steps including disabling plugins, changing themes, clearing the analytics cache, and attempting to reimport historical data.

Since the issue wasn’t resolved with the initial troubleshooting, and reimporting historical data seems to be stuck, there could be other factors at play affecting the analytics functionality.

To provide accurate assistance, let’s take a closer look at your site’s configuration. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?

This can be done by following these steps:
    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
    3. Click on ‘Get system report’.
    4. Then click ‘Copy for support’.
    5. Paste this information into a new Gist at?https://gist.github.com.

Once you’ve completed that, please paste the Gist link here in your reply.

While you’re in the WooCommerce Status section, could you also check the Scheduled Actions tab for any pending or failed actions? The status of these actions can provide insight into the operations of your site, including the analytics data import.

With the additional details from the System Status Report and Scheduled Actions, I’ll aim to identify the issue and guide you toward a resolution.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hey there ??

    Thanks for sharing that!

As per your SSR, I am able to see that you have a lot of?Pending?actions, with the most recent being 2024-01-26.

The historical data import uses Action Scheduler to queue jobs that process the existing data on your store, building tables of aggregate data to be used in Reports.

I would recommend installing the WP Crontrol plugin to see if there are any errors causing WP Cron to not run as expected, keeping actions stuck in a Pending state . More specifically, we want to see that the following have executed without any issues:

    • wc admin_import_batch_init_orders
    • wc-admin_import_batch_init_customers

You can read our support guide on Debugging WP-Cron which provides more information on this.

Additionally, can you please go to Tools → Scheduled Actions, then go to the Pending tab and send us a screenshot of that page?

You can use?https://snipboard.io?to send us a screenshot link.

    Cheers!

Thanks Roxy, the WP Crontrol plugin showed an error in cron “Unexpected HTTP response code: 400”. I contacted the hosting support and solved the problem, now WooCommerce analytics is working, thank you very much for your help.
