WooCommerce Analytics not showing data for two specific dats

    Hello Support,

    We have an issue where the Analytics dashboard does not display data for 27/28 March 2021.

    What we have tried:
    – disabled all caching plugins ()
    – activated Cloudflare Development Mode
    – deactivated security plugins(Sucuri)

    None of these actions work.

    Interestingly, if we try to navigate to other Analytics menu links such as Settings/Taxes the dashboard freezes. A Chrome console log errors reads as follows:

    Hey there!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Additionally, I recommend installing the WooCommerce Admin plugin as this may be a bug fixed by doing that.

    I installed WooCommerce Admin and that solved the navigation problem. Unfortunately still we can’t view analytics data for 27/28 March 2021.

    Hi @samthedev,

    Have you tried deleting the “Historical Data” and then importing it again? If you go to Analytics > Settings there is a spot at the bottom where you can do that. It’ll empty the tables that are used for Analytics and then import the order data again.

    Often times that can fix irregularities with the data set.

    If that doesn’t do it, open up a ticket here and we can take a closer look for you. Sharing credentials in the forum isn’t safe ??

    We already tried deleting the “Historical Data” and importing it again. Sadly, we are still unable to view analytics information fro the two dates. Thank you for the suggestion though.
