  • Hey @abdullah1000,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like Analytics is missing data and the Net sales is not accurate.

Just to confirm, you are referring to the built-in Analytics, correct?

If so, can you please do the following, in this same order, and see if this resolves the issue:

    • Navigate to Analytics → Settings, scroll down to Date type, and make sure that Date Created is selected on the dropdown:
    • Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data

Let us know how this goes!

    Thanks for the update!

Just so that I understand better, have you managed to follow all the steps suggested above? If so, has this made any difference?

    Looking forward to your response!

Is there a way through we can check weather the data is correct or not.

    Hello @abdullah1000,

Yes, This made some orders come back.

Glad to know Roxy’s suggestion helped! :?)

Is there a way through we can check weather the data is correct or not.

Just to confirm, are you looking if there’s a way to compare these values to something else for potential discrepancies?

Reports and Analytics share similar functionalities, so they might not provide the comparative insights you’re seeking. While hoping something like this won’t happen in the future, consider using tools like WooCommerce Google Analytics to track purchase events. These events rely on customer behaviour, such as landing on the order-received page, offering a more independent tracking method, partially detached from WooCommerce’s backend functionality.

    Hope this helps!

    Howdy,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – feel free to create a new topic if you need any further help.

    Cheers!
