    Hi,

The analytics tab is not showing anything.

When Trying to “import old datas” it’s running on empty, nothing’s happening.

Could you help me find the issue please ?

    Thanks,
    Samuel

    Hi @samlaflam ,

Is it showing absolutely nothing or no data?

If it’s not even showing the basic Analytics dashboard, there may be a conflict causing this (see below).

If it’s showing no order information, try going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then try rerunning the report.

If it’s still not working, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if there any stuck processes preventing the updated information from importing.

If that still doesn’t get the data to appear, or if you can’t get to the dashboard at all, it may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi, thanks for your message.

To be clear it’s not showing data.

I looked in several solutions that was in the forum meanwhile.
I made a staging website to make some tests.
Here is what I did :

    – Switch off my Theme (Generate Press) and activate Twenty Twenty
    – Deactivate all plugin except Woocommerce
    – Clear everything I could in Woocommmerce / Status / Tools
    – Delete all Pending actions in Woocommmerce / Status / Scheduled Actions
By the way there is several actions that even when deleted come back immediately and that keep being in pending mode. But I imagine this is normal.

Anyway for each step I tested it never shows any data.
And when trying to import old datas it’s still running on empty. ???♂?

    Hi @samlaflam ,

The deleting of pending items may be part of the issue, if you’re deleting the pending items that were importing the analytics data. If the pending processes aren’t running, there may be something getting stuck that needs to be checked.

Just to make sure, go to the Pending actions tab on your live site. Does it show pending actions that were scheduled for a past date that still haven’t run? If so, Action Scheduler itself may not be running, or there’s an active task that’s holding up the whole process.

Well, I don’t quite understand what you are suggesting in the first part of your message because the issue was there before I try to delete the pending items as a test to see it these pending items was causing the issue…

But yes, to reply to your question, in my live website there are pending actions that were schedules for a past date and still haven’t run.

    Hi again,

Well, finally I can tell you that it was a CloudFlare problem… as soon as I removed my DNS from CloudFlare it worked.

Sorry about that, but you should have a look at this conflict between Woocommerce and Cloudflare in the future because Cloudflare is a very popular CDN nowadays.

    Thanks for your time.

Hmm, that’s interesting! Did you have CloudFlare set to cache your wp-admin pages by chance? If so, that might explain why no data was being returned.

If you want, you could re-enable it and play around with the settings a bit to find out which specific feature of theirs was causing the problem.

It looks like you may have found a solution to this. I am going to mark this as Resolved at this time. If you have another issue please feel free to open a new post. ??

    Thanks!
