Some of the WooCommerce analytics pages won’t load for this website – the loading circle just keeps going round. On all other websites we have installed WooCommerce on, the page loads fine and we’ve not had to change any settings to make it work.

Going through the Analytics pages, they work as follows:
    – Revenue > doesn’t load the data
    – Orders > doesn’t load the data
    – Products > loads OK
    – Categories > loads OK
    – Coupons > loads OK
    – Taxes > loads OK
    – Downloads > loads OK
    – Stock > loads OK

I’ve read a lot of support threads but none seem to quite match this issue so I’m stumped as to what to try next.

This has not worked since we went live with the website. All updates have been run while trying to resolve the issue with no luck.

This issue occurs on various browsers I have tried by both myself and the client.

Any thoughts on what could be stopping the Revenue and Orders data to load?

The website is running on Divi theme. Other websites we have built use Divi theme with WooCommerce and don’t have the issue. The only difference is that this is hosted by the client, not on our hosting provider but I don’t know why hosting would cause the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Are you seeing any error message in the console tab of the browser’s web developer tools? Have you ensured that historical data have been imported under **Analytics > Settings**?

    Hi RK,
Thanks for your response. The error message question was just the question I needed as it led me to find the answer! Annoyed with myself that i hadn’t check there before though!

    It was giving the following:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 414 ()

This pointed me to the solution in another forum where someone found the iThemes security system tweaks settings were causing the issue. Issue solved!
