I couldn’t reproduce the issue. Where exactly are you getting double amounts?

If you have our pro version, please contact us through our forums as we will probably be able to help you better over there.

I am using the free version at the moment, the double amount happened on previous data until the previous month, and the current month is the correct amount. quite strange. may I know how can we get support on this issue?

Can you please visit an admin order page that has incorrect data and check what is actually wrong there? Maybe the product doesn’t have the correct COG registered on the order for example. If the COG is correct, you should simply click on “Update” and the profit should be fixed for that order.

If that goes well, you could do that for all the incorrect orders. Let me know if it helps.
