My WooCommerce analytics are displaying zeros for all the previous time ranges. I haven’t made any recent updates or added any new plugins.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far (without success):

    • Updated WooCommerce to the latest version
    • Cleared the analytics cache
    • Imported historical data in settings

    Hello arlienyams

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Could you share a screenshot for a better understanding?
Also, tell me when did this problem start?

Lastly, could you share a list of active plugins on your site?
This will help me determine if there is any 3rd party interference.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi there @arlienyams,

Thank you for sharing further details on this.

As a next step, could you please disable all other plugins leaving only WooCommerce as the active plugin then head over to?Analytics →? Settings, scroll to?Actionable Statuses?and then check that?Completed?is checked:

Once you’re able to confirm it’s checked, please try reviewing the analytics again and let us know how it goes.
