I understand that you are not receiving analytics emails.
As a first step, let’s discard a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin installed on your site.
To do this, temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce, and then try again to send the reports.
If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
Before proceeding, please make sure that you have a backup of your site and database in place, and if something goes wrong, you can restore your site to a functioning state.
