    Hi,

    When I wish to download the list of WooCommerce customers, I have a message saying that it will be sent to me by email, but I never receive any email…

    Note that my Woocommerce email settings are working properly when there is a new order.

    Any hint would be greatly appreciated !

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Please note that exporting/downloading customers is not a WooCommerce core feature. I assume you’re using a third party plugin for that, so it would be best to reach out to its support team.

    To troubleshoot where the failure to deliver the email is originating, I suggest that you install the WP Mail Logging plugin and then ask for the email again.

    This will allow you to confirm if the email is being correctly generated or not.

    I have the same problem with a sales report. The file should be quite big. Email logging says nothing. There is no entry.

    All other emails work fine.

    What can that be?

    Thanks for reaching out! From what I can see it has also been discussed in this thread, without a conclusion on the reason(s), though.

    I’d like to investigate further and, since each store’s setup is different, kindly open a new thread about this. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, over at the new thread? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

    Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve copied each, you can use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

    Hi I have the same problem. I am downloading an analytics report and there is no email. I tried to start a new thread but it was marked as spam so I am replying to this thread,hopefully somebody can read my response.
