    Dear Sir/Madam,

Woocommerce analytics doesn’t load for the overall analytics. I get the following message; “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504”. Could you help me how to fix this?

    Gr, Wiebe

    Hi there ??

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Before you start

    1. First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
    2. Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi Gabriel,

Thanks a lot for your help. I followed the procedure and after disabling all plugins and switching my theme to Storefront the analytics still doesn’t load.

A strange part is that the loading problem only occurs in the top widget of analytics -> overview. When trying to load it it keeps blank and in my hosting dashboard I see huge CPU output. All other graphs are working well and showing right numbers.

Do you have any other idea to get to know to the problem?

It sounds like you may have run into a known issue with WooCommerce 5.1, which our developers are hoping to fix in future versions.

Is your site using WooCommerce 5.1? If yes, can you try installing this plugin if it will help with your issue?

    Hi Gabriel,

Thanks for your reply, we have already installed the Woocommerce admin plugin. I have disabled and enabled it again but it doesn’t solve the problem.

Hope they will get it fixed in the future!
