WooCommerce Analytics Coupon Search Query

  • Hi, I am having a problem with the coupon tab to. It previously showed how much each coupon totalled to, in the 4 currencies we use, USD, AUD, GBP & EUR and now there is no drop down option to change which currency I want to view! This is something I use almost everyday and its all of a sudden gone…

    The results aren’t identical, but if I search for “salus7362-2033” I get one result and if I search for “salus7362” I get no results.

    Thanks @kwebdesign. That is odd. Are you using the latest version of WooCommerce with the built-in Analytics. This is a hard one to try to replicate. If you make a new coupon with a smiliar format salus7362-2***, do you have the same issue?

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

    All the latest updates.

    I’ve created a blank install of WordPress with just WooCommerce.
    I’ve created two coupons and placed two orders (1 for each coupon), ensuring both coupons display in Analytics.

    Searching for the full coupon name removes the other coupon name, so that’s working.

    Searching for part of either coupon returns no data.

    Hi @kwebdesign. This is odd indeed. Are you able to check if deactivating server caching has an impact? I noticed the following in your system status report: object-cache.php: SpinupWP Redis Object Cache Drop-In

    I’ve tried disabling the SpinupWP plugin before, but that doesn’t disable object cache, it just prevents it being auto cleared.

    I’ve therefore added the following to my functions.php file…
    define( ‘WP_REDIS_DISABLED’, true );

    I’ve also disabled Full Page Cache.

    I’ll message SpinupWP encase they’re interested in looking at this.

    You’re welcome to logins if you’d like, although I’m not expecting premium level support for WooCommerce core.

    Hi @kwebdesign. Generally, for this type of case, we’d try to replicate the issue to confirm that it’s with WooCommerce. We have tried to replicate the issue but haven’t been able to do that, which points to something unique to your case. I’m afraid that we won’t be able to dig into your specific site, which makes troubleshooting rather tricky.
